I think that you should not pay attention to him because if you both fell in a relationship then i don't think that he will going to pay attention to you what you expect from him. If i were you i would hold off from letting him know or showing him that you are into him. It is best to guard yourself in these kind of predicaments. Get to know him more on a friend level and see if it is that he is interested in your sister or if its just that he is more comfortable with her.
