Love Poems - Invisible Love

Comparing thee to a summers day
Can be an impossible task
He brings more light than one suns ray Without him my life would not last

Unfortunately he does not know
And neither does anyone else but one
For our friendship is still yet to grow
And must before time is done

I know it's possible you wouldn't care
Or even give me a second thought
But i know love is free and fair
And not something that can be bought

I know it's something i wish i had
Wish I'd have it with someone like you
I admit though, wishes do make me mad
Because they never seem to come true
