Love Poems - Good Bye

The thought of losing you was hard to bear.
Yet, the thought of saying good bye was unbearable.
All those times you said you cared.
Lying to me mustn't have been that horrible.

You said things were shaky before you cheated.
You said things between us started to 'change'.
Every time we fought you left me defeated.
I just can't help this feeling of shame.

For once in my life I'm finally seeing sense.
I'm no longer taking responsibility for your lies.
I've grown as a person and climber that fence.
Now I'm finally strong enough to tell you Good Bye.
