Deamons Run

Submitted on : Oct 2, 2013
Daemons run
When a good man falls in love
Night will fall
And drown the sun
When a good man falls in love

Friendship dies
And true love lies
Night will fall
And the dark will rise
When a good man falls in love

Daemons run,
But count the cost
The battle's won
But the child is lost

This poem is for Jack, my husband who died in a plane crash in Iraq. And also for our baby Melody, who died during child birth. Dearest Jack, I am your River as you are my Doctor. Love always.
