You make me coffee in the morning,
Though it may not be the best,
Your beauty makes it all worthwhile,

The day is only dawning,
Light barely dusts the ground,
Yet the light from your eyes fills the room,

Through the night I feel your breath,
Racing through my hair,
Such a delightful taste,

Your body next to mine is perfect,
Not only is it warm,
We fit together fine,

While I wonder whether this is forever,
I stop myself,
Just take in the moment,

If I dwell on what has been and what will be,
I lose the sight of what is,
That you are mine and only that
