is both yes and no, because he likes u but he dosesn't wanna date,it means he's confussed 'bout love and dating thats he's afraid of gettin hurt of break-ups and makes him not to focussed so much at school works and other kinds of stuff! so give him time and enjoy be with maybe u cant change his mind of datin.
