What is his feelings on me?

He stares at me a lot and when I look back,he turns away immediately. But he doesn't talk to me a lot. His friends and my friends often tease me that he like me.Right now,he is in a relationship but they are not going well. Recently,his girlfriend acts like I am her enemy. And I often see him and his friends looking at me and whispering. And he looks shy and he acts really awkward when he is around me. But when my friends ask him that he likes me, he always says no. It is so confusing.
