well, before i go on with my advice i have a few questions, does the girl like you back? have you ever talked to her or anything?
my advice: well if the girl likes you back, then lucky for you.. if not well, its not easy to make her go out with you quick.. it takes time... show her what a passionate guy you are.. show her your good side.. also flatter her and always compliment her, you never know she might develop feelings for you too.. :) i hope i helped you with your problem.. :)
