just be slow..take it easy...calm down and the first thing to do is, make ur frens notice that u have changed...this is the best way to help the news reach ur gal that u have changed. wear a silent mask for a while so that u can convey it to ur frens...then ur gal would know abt it..okkie!!!
do things that she like, for ex, try to remmember things that ur gf has told she liked the most or wanted(and u have refused to buy it)...
one more tip: try talking wid her best fren, so that she/he can help u out!!!
