It would be best if you'd start courting her
since the two of you already know each other for 2 years,
you could also confess your feelings towards her
and if her personality and her actions might be weird or
its different from how she acts towards you from the past
then she does care on how you feel about her
she might talk this to her friends (because she also need advice for her reply for you), give her some time and she'll understand
and so on she could also develop feelings towards you(avoid being un-friend her or arguing between the feelings towards the two of you)
