he doesnt take care of me well...he always spend time with his friends....he cant understand my feelings....

Give it up. if he would rather be around his friends than you or doesn't care about your feelings he isn't worth the pain or trouble. I think you should end it and he will only realise after you are gone what he's missing and that will be you giving him a taste of his own medicine! Good luck i hope it works out o.k xxx
