Well to help you answer your question when you are in Love there is no way of avoiding getting hurt unless you have done your homework on the person you are interested in and waved your options. As far as how to avoid hurting someone I would say you must be aware of who you are and confident and talk problems through with your mate openly. In other words think it through before responding and remember how you feel when you are hurt....Hope this helps best of luck.

P.S. I just wanted to say to you Santosh you have already made a good choice by recognizing there is a problem and you may respond poor many of us do when we are hurting. However, we should avoid physical or verbal abuse. Just stop and think then move forward it will all work out.
