Hello, I'm worried about my boyfriend leaving me for one of his friends. They've just recently started getting close again and I noticed her number on his hand (Which killed me). They've been through primary together and had a thing then, and he's always kinda liked her in that way. They were texting all night (on a school night) and he never stays up and talks to me on a school night. And they have been texting all day at school and I'm just scared he's going to get bored of me and just leave me for her. Whenever i mention it to him he say's they're just 'good friends' and always will be, but i can't help but worry. I need to make sure I don't lose him but I'm unsure on how to compete against her. She does have a boyfriend but I just can't help get jealous. I just don't know what to do, can anyone help? idk. I'm fourteen by the way and I'm currently in year 10, we've been going out for 5 months now. I just love him so much and I can't deal with losing him. Does anyone know how to deal with this jealousy and get rid of it? Am I just been pathetic? I just need advice please because it's really upsetting me now.

you're not being pathetic, you just need to realise that you've got to chill (even if its only on the outside) because if you get posessive you will almost definitely lose him. secondly get closer to him because if he doesnt tell you, he may not love you as much as you love him... i know the feeling when you get jealous even if youre trying to convince yourself theres not a reason to be...hope everything works out x
