If he is single and not dating/seeing anyone, I would suggest meeting up with him for coffee or lunch & casually have a conversation with him. If he admits he is single, ask him if he'd like to go to a movie, or something fun. If he agrees, take it from there, but don't get overly excited. That could scare him lol. Good luck xx
