Love problem

I loved one girl who is my classmate. I loved her for long time, then i proposed to her 2 month ago by send my feelings in the form of email. She replied me immediately that "Don't have such a kind of attitude towards me, i want to be unique" then i leave it, but after some she don't chat with me and then she told that to her friends and they tease me indirectly , then she looks with smile in her face and touches my hand if situation occurs and she start chat with me after 2 weeks but i am always initializing the chat she simply tell answer to the chat what i am sending so i am frustrated, it irritates me so the chat finishes within 5mins but if she wants something in homework she ask me while chatting, i think she using me. I am totally confused. I don’t know she is loving me or not. My question is she rejects my proposal and why she talks to me and tell everything to her friends? . I don’t know what to do. Pls help me
