I love my best friend.. but i know he loves my friend.... what should i do?? I cant stop my feeling to hrow for him everytime.. but keeps on hurting whenever he's with my friend...

You need to stay strong and tell him, otherwise you are killing yourself from the inside wondering if he really does love your friend. I was in the same position and I chose to move on, it still hurts but seeing as they are now going out.....I can't speak out. Have the courage I don't have. Good Luck! xxxx
