Yes I believe he sincerely cares for you and wants to be with you-- honestly. Since he does want to spent all his time with you and also cries when you get mad-- he hates to see you mad at him. But he should still be able to hang out with his friends more though, and maybe try not to make him cry . Okaies and good luck~

I agree with angie you both need to give each other space or your relationship will suffer for it but also spend some time together as you clearly enjoy each others company
