i dont know what to do !!

i love my cousin brother more than my life . but i don't know his feeling towards me .. last year i felt in love with him at that time he used to talk to me but now he doesn't even look at me when i go at his place ... i dont know why . i want to tell him my feeling about him , but I'm afraid of him and also if he say no, i wont be able to bear this ... PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DO I DO ?? HOW TO KNOW IF HE LOVES ME OR NO, N IF NO HOW DO I MAKE HIM REALIZED THAT HOW MUCH I LOVE HIM..... N I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HIM ....
