Finding how to figure out if someone likes me

How can u figure out if someone likes u without asking them? I really like this person, but i don't know if they like me back. Several people have told me they think he likes me, but I'm not sure if they're right. He's been a really good friend to me and listens to anything I say and laughs at my jokes. We hang out a lot. I feel like I can trust him because I can tell him anything and he can tell me anything.
