I think this guy likes me but I don't like him. I'm sure my cells arn't interested in him but I don't know what to do.

Just act like a friend to him, Be nice but try hard not to accidentally flirt or that will give him the wrong idea. Just be nice and maybe try flirting with another guy and he will realize you just don't think of him like that
