want to talk

i'm interested in a guy.i know that he loves me even more than I do.but i m still schooling and he has just finished.we want to talk to each other.we have never talked .but there is no oppotunity.every time we see each other,we have 2 just stare at distance and go.we don't even have the phone numbers.we have passed 3 years in this way.plz help me.both of us don't have the permission 2 go out without parents.
