i love my girl well that she new alot abt me and when ever she does me something, i got hurt them my spirit just come down. wat will i do to prevent immotionaly pain?

Relationship goes through pain & sorrow. Deal with it positively. Discuss and be open to ur gf how u feel. If she cares about u, she will try to help ease the pain.
