why we feel a lot of pain when our beloved ignore you? and how can we overcome this painful situation? I felt very a loan and sad when ever i passed through this situation and nothing could heal me in those moments its very painful, i don't understand how to control myself?

me too goin through same situation. bt i dont know how to show my pain.i'm smiling always jst coz no one knw i had an affair.his fb posts are also like hes goin through same pain.. he thinks i dont care. bt in my heart i'm dying.
