is marriage on the horizon?

quarreled with my virgo boyfriend,born on 9/4/68,because he keeps stating he is not ready to settle down, I was wondering if we are going to finally break up or make up and get married, i am a scorpion born on 11/19/68. I want to know if I should forget him and move on with my life or if I should hold on a little longer.
