my bf is really good one but he always want to talk to me and wait whole day just texting and talkig for me its different i love him but i want call him talk for while then do something what i want .and also he tells me that i always wear revealing tops he dont want me wear like that not even short skirt i dont like to be told what i shoud wear what not to please tell me a way to explain this to him

Its not controlling dear. He just cares for you. You seem confident and self-dependent kind of a girl. if you don't like to be told what to do, discuss it with him. And don't mind me telling you that it is really not necessary to wear such kind of clothes, you are very beautiful and you need not show that off.
And about texting. Just think once that the boy is taking pain of typing instead of talking. Possibly he may not be very gud at expressing by speaking but he wants you to know what he thinks, so he has just chosen another means of communication.
