flirt or hiding love

We are dating since 40 days. he are very good talkers to each other and sometimes both of us show to each other that we might missing each other. Im 32 years female and my crush is 40 years old man. I desperatley want him, like him and he too. But i also want to marry him but he might me, might me not. But he kisses me on the public places, in the car, in the garden. He kisses on my neck, shoulders, cheeks and lips. He takes my lips in his lips and kiss gently. He looks at me with full of feeling and continuously. he dsnt stop seeing at me when i catch him. he starts talking with his eyes. he shows every unique gesture to tell me he likes me. When he is ourt of town he calls me for no reason just to talk to me. But when I asked him slightly last week for marriage he started talking bit differently. ALSO when we go back to homes after date he tells that his hug was a normal hig, touching hands is not really big thing for him, I agree touching is nothing more than a sense of friendly behaviour but whats the meaning if kissing on lips, neck and forehead before going home in the car and non stop eye contact while saying nothing.
