Dating Dilemma

Me and my boyfriend/classmate have been going out for a little over a week now but the only time we have seen each other is at school and peeople keep teasing us about going out even before we actually started going out so we didn't tell anyone. We don't live close to each other- and we live (literally) in the middle of nowhere. I mean, the nearest shop is eight miles away, and it only sells food. So I guess what I'm asking-in a roundabout way- is how can I meet up with my boyfriend, how can I get him to kiss me? Oh yeah, and we are both thirteen if that helps and I have never kissed a boy before, does anyone have any tips? (My boyfriend has kissed a girl though)
